As Strategic Consultant, you will be as close as possible to the client, their business, strategy, and team. You will be a "playmaker", securing happy clients through defining opportunities for the IMPACT Extend team that will create the most possible value for the client. You will be the bridge between our experienced commercial team, our specialists doing traffic-generation, marketing automation, and data projects across disciplines and projects, and the clients team. Bringing all parts together to ensure we deliver value and satisfaction. Basically, you will be a colleague to both the IMPACT Extend team and your close relations with the client and their team.
You will play an important part in being both a knowledge-sharing partner for our clients and colleagues, in order to create value-based projects and initiatives through qualified counseling and advice, with an agile mindset. You will be responsible for both the framing of projects as well as being a crucial part in the execution and delivery, ensuring both quality, handover, and satisfaction from the client team.
As a person, you are keen on taking the lead and drive the team to success. You are a strong communicator and able to do the required analyses to deliver the best possible advice. You see the path and project sparked by what you are doing today and are able to translate that so our clients can see the benefit in both the short and long run. You understand their business and business mechanics and how IMPACT Extend can add value through our DNA and services in order to establish the best possible relations, results, and winner cases. You will be working with some of the most interesting brands in Scandinavia such as Søstrene Grene, Ganni, Kaufmann, Nemlig.com, Imerco, Rosendahl Design Group, and EPOS. You will be enrolled with a small number of clients, where you will spend entire days working for a single client and their business.
You will be a crucial part of our commercial team in Copenhagen (and/or Aarhus) and take part in a company with ambitions, growth, and great career opportunities. Your week will include 2-3 days on-site at the clients you are enrolled with, or at the office with the client's team, in order to be as close as possible to their day-to-day business and projects and deliver the most possible value.
Your main tasks include:
- Key partner and go-to person for clients, growth initiatives, and opportunities
- Scoping and specification of projects along with the specialist team
- Reporting and performance measurement of activities, initiatives, and projects
- Analysis of initiatives, activities, and business potentials
- Development of business cases and decision proposals
- Definition and development of digital business and marketing strategy with experienced Strategic Client Managers
Your educational background isn't important; what matters is your experience! We expect that you have been close to operations and execution of commerce and lead-gen mechanics at either client-side or agency, where you have been working closely with your most important clients. You know how sales, customer service, and marketing are working together and need each other to succeed. Whether you're an expert within B2B or B2C doesn't matter, but your approach is analytical, and you're able to easily transfer insights to executable tasks, where you can see the potential results flash before your eyes, even before you start the assignment.
If you have been in a coordinating role at the client's side, and want more responsibility and a large team supporting your decisions and actions, in order to create the growth and results needed, you will definitely thrive in this role.
You are able to think fast, and put things in motion, while still respecting the team of specialists behind you, being able to provide insights, support and build the necessary business case, to get things done the best possible way, and create high impact value.
It's a requirement that you have experience with the following:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience from a role with a focus on growth through value-creating actions and initiatives
- Experience with planning and executing data-driven activities and campaigns in either B2B or B2C context
- Mastering Google Analytics and are able to transfer insights to actions
- Flair for and experience within data processing, analysis, and reporting.
